Anonymous Series
Our lives consist of an infinity of moments mostly forgotten.
The Anonymous Series explores photography’s role in taking those moments back from the abyss and memorialising random unknown subjects intimate moments forever in oil on linen.
These fractions of seconds might come from outside a nightclub in Brisbane, on a ride at the local show, or inside a bar where anonymous people create forgotten moments of incredible lives lived.
The random nature of the subjects and their anonymity further explores the concept of photograph as document and voyeur.
